What is the purpose of applying heat? I’m about to try to fix some hairline cracks.

Alcohol, awesome and oxyclean have even worse chemicals that you use than the reader that is basically the gentlest on most surfaces 🙄

This is amazing! So, you are applying Edge Coat around the outside of the crack, too? You are not just filling in the tiny area that is cracked?

I just found out that the epi noe I ordered was painted black! I was cleaning it with leather conditioner and the paint was coming off 😭 the bag is originally blue but I’m thinking of leaving it black bc it’s so much work. would you recommend I use black dye or black paint to go over the blue spots?

How would you do this with a blow dryer or emboss gun

regarding low temp🙏🏼 would you say 200 C is the lowest . i’m searching on amazon and most of the tools show this as the lowest temp . thank i!

Hello, I have a quick question - you mentioned the super glue at the beginning but then don't identify how/when to apply it, just not to apply heat to it after. Could you please clarify?

Hi .. very informative video.. just curious, I have a vintage totally MM with honey patina .. vachetta looks really good and doesn’t look like it needs much with cleaning now but I’d like to seal/protect the straps from rain but have heard I should condition it first then spray.. can you offer some input and what steps I should follow? Also the canvas smells a little old (maybe from storing since it is vintage) is there a light cleaning process for the canvas I should do?
